Basically the entire story is about how they built a brand new hangar at JB Dix McGuire Lakehurst. Lots of technical mumbo-jumbo made it sound interesting, but all it really means is that all the R&D capabilities moved from an old hangar to a new hangar.

True, but it took a long time to get it upgraded. I believe that hanger was there and had balloons serviced there.
