I happen to know him, as in actual person. This is BS.

His first contract should be himself and save taxpayers even more money.

I saw a satire (the onion or duffel blog) that said he won Soldier of the year. Satire, of course. In this case, there are a couple points to be addressed. First, why is this chump stain the subject of any "news story" other than the outcome of his 2025 court martial (while he is still presumably drawing a paycheck)? Second, what is this with the Russians? Russians hacked Hillarys server, kill folks, blew up some of our stuff, etc, etc. Always with the Russians. Stop with this Russian nonsense already. It is so far fetched it's not even remotely believable.
