In the words of Gen Milley at the Army Ball, if you have a problem with females in critical combat position, than apply yourself and compete. Kudos SFC Saunders.

Congrats to her, it's a tough course that I've sent three guys to. Two passed common core, one is left in platform specific, and the other didn't pass common core.
My rant is not directed towards her, rather towards the slinging around of the term master gunner.
To me, a master gunner is a platform specific title. Bradley master gunner, tank master gunner, Stryker master gunner, etc.
A common core graduate, while a feat in itself, in my mind would classify someone as a small arms expert, or small arms subject matter expert. (Yes I know the MK 19 isn't a small arm, but you get my drift )
I apply the same disdain towards the term digital master gunner, or small arms master gunner. Just my take, I'm sure some will disagree but I remember the hell I went through at building 5500 in 2008 to earn the title.
Oh, end rant. Lmao
