Quite a few you posted this article today but I also wanted to say I feel sorry for the family I feel sorry for the people under his command who are probably wondering if they could have done something. My sister committed suicide last year so the actual victims are the survivors family members and this case people under his command or who new this man personally. The takeaway from this is to discuss possibilities of seeking Mental Health help and also the possibility that drugs alcohol or depression are factors. We should be discussing sobriety addictions and communication so this won't happen again to others in the civilian and Military world. Suicide is rampant but if we stay away from the addictions and not replace one addiction with another pacifically stop drinking but start smoking or taking drugs or abusing prescriptions.

LTC (Join to see) I am high-risk for suicide BUT I do have my cat(s) and these dx/MMD/GAD/Epilespy. Not sure that these stress issues complicates matters. Why I do know that it can make for a rough day. I will be taking a VA course to mitigate the social phobia... I just find diversions to help me focus. I feel so sorry for this General, proving suicide can happen to anyone. RIP General!! We also had a full-bird that was homeless. I would to love to help with these issues.
I would love to help as mentors and to be mentored. The Epilepsy is somewhat under control, but we cannot that do this on our own. Tell me what you think, because we have to take this on ourselves and rely solely on hotlines that have people with bad days.
