This is so incredibly crass of the Police in not taking action sooner. It's sickening that he(the rapist) is actually taunting his victim. He should get a special place in prison where the appropriate action can and will take place after his arrival the sickening jerk. If Ms Keeler had been my sister or cousin this rapist would have heard from the appropriate authorities namely myself and some of my brothers in arms. Maybe a special internet investigative division could lure this jerk into the open where he can be stopped from doing it again.

This young soldier is leading the charge against who knows how many other rapists are out there. These sex crimes seem to be way to prevalent in military society. I used to grin or even laugh when they would say "Rank has its privileges". Now after hearing this soldiers story and dozens of others like it, I can't get the taste out of my mouth for even mentioning it here. If some sorry SOB has used his or her position of power, his or her rank to take advantage of the bright, dedicated soul that wants to serve his or her country then shame on them. There shouldn't be any early outs, sacrificing some rank to avoid prosecution. None of that when you are dealing with not only the physical but the mental health of these soldiers. How many have been the cause of suffering and suicide out there. How can you ever say that you are sorry for causing that persons death when they have killed themselves?
I have all the respect in the world for Keeler as she has carried this attack in her heart and soul. Hopefully now she will have some justice.
