So the US is being labeled stingy as POTUS is cutting foreign aid dollars. Given the state of the US infrastructure I think the dollars would be better spent at home. What do you think? Should we continue to ship billions of tax dollars out of the country?

With respect to those on the left side of the fence, I think this is wonderful news but aside from the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris climate change agreement and the UN Green Climate Fund, neither of which have jack didley to do with the need for the a 10 billion Euro emergency fund called for by German Development Minister Gerd Mueller, I can't see where Trump has actually pulled the rug out from under anyone! That he'd like to is clear ... but it literally takes an act of Congress to do so and that is unlikely. I AM glad to see that Trump's prodding of the EU seems to be having an effect. It is nice to see Merkel calling for EU countries to do more on their own behalf ... and now on behalf of others. Seems to me Trump is having a very positive effect ...
