Hate Glocks, but the idea is solid. Who's picking up the tax stamp and lawyers fee's? Do I still have to wait eight+ months to take possession?

What lawyer fee? $200 stamp, you cover it. Will Form 3 to your dealer, you cover his fee and stamp. Auction for a good cause, support it rather than being cheap. They are putting up their guns and labor.
