Auburn football legend and Heisman Trophy winner Pat Sullivan has died

Very sad, missed this in our sports section. Kind of gets to you when those athletes you watched start passing.

Top notch school and choice of many future USMC Officers through NROTC.

As a member of my scout troop we use to usher at Auburn home games. I watched Pat Sullivan play for at least three quarters during each of the home games we ushered. Three quarters in the stadium and one on the radio as our leader drove 7-10 us back to Montgomery.

That is when I became an Auburn fan!!!

Of course, I support the entire SEC, of course when they are NOT playing Auburn in the regular season, but every team in the post season that brings home a Bowl victory to the SEC. When you look at source (http://mcubed.net/ncaaf/bowls/ytot2.shtml) the SEC when you count them up (visually) appears to have most overall bowl victories of any conference not counting the 2019 bowl season.

It would be great if like Sullivan the current QB not only won Auburn a 4th Heisman but a National Championship to boot. Plus, doing it while breaking all Auburn QB records. This would give Auburn 3 QB and 1 RB Heisman's. That would not be too bad at all!
