A lot of speculation involved. There are portions of ACA that were needed but there are portions that are not. The author of the article and the "analyst" are practicing statistics with agendas. They often reference loss of "federal funds". It's strange to call funds obtained by an unconstitutional government mandated product and fine if one doesn't purchase it "federal funds". Healthcare needs revision as it needed revised in 2008. A thoughtful, constitutional revision in Healthcare is what we need not an over politicized, right or left wing agenda "Healthcare" bill.
