'Bad anthrax' Army memo spreads false information

I questioned why only one unit in Korea would be doing this.
Think about the ramifications of the VA determining you are 100% disabled while on active duty.
That was my first indicator that this was a bad memo. Probably someone on staff that got excited over the FB anthrax 'research' that came out two months ago.
