Baltimore's next mayor can't handle the truth

The city is beautiful around the national harbor area but you venture a few blocks away from it and it looks like you entered a third world country in some parts. It can be a great place but gangs and lawlessness have taken over. I fear it would take an entire generation (or two) to right the ship and I think getting away from the one party rule would be the start of moving in that direction.
