Talk about a click-bait title!
The title of this article is so misleading. In this article they do not even discuss active surveillance (spying) in comparison with passive surveillance (spying). Which when you dig deeper into the specific instance being discussed is the basis of the issue.

Spying is spying, no matter how one slices it up!!! In this case it was the government spying on a Presidential candidate, and then his administration, finding "0", but still trying to take a sitting duly elected President down!!! Any way one cuts it, it is wrong!!!

The press is desperate to throw shade on anybody that doesn't go along with their drug fueled fantasy I hope they get looked into for their role in the grand hoax of the last 2+ years
