Sooner or later this juggernaut was going to loose momentum, but they should have left (The U.S., Great Britain and) the Soviet Union alone. SGT (Join to see)

Adolf Hitler's Wehrmacht blitzkrieg had defeated and occupied the nations of Europe
but there was a critical error made which assisted in the downfall of his Third Reich.
The error was Hitler's breaking of the German-Soviet Pact of August 1939 which allied
Germany and the Soviet Union in the invasion and occupation of Poland. Hitler's ordered
Wehrmacht invasion of the Soviet Union turned Joseph Stalin's Red Army from German
allies to the enemy opening a new war on the eastern front. Without the new war on the
eastern front with the former allies Soviet Union Red Army the Wehrmacht would have had
all their infantry, armor and air units to send to the western front. The Imperial Japanese
military bombing the U.S. Naval fleet in Pearl Harbor in 1941 bringing the U.S. military into
WW II proved to be another disaster for Hitler's Third Reich.
