Pretty sure I couldn't handle a broadsword either, at this point, without training up to it. Hatchet, Kabar, Marine NCO sword, ass-pack and H-harness, 2 full canteens. Mameluke sword (USMC Officer) is for parades and show in my opinion. Better grip on NCO sword, a copy of US Army foot Officers sword. Has a knuckle bow and pummel for in close.
