I have to wonder how this was riots (plural) and the incidents this summer were "mostly peaceful protests"? Should there be accountability? Yes, Was it wrong? Absolutely. Is it deeply unconstitutional? Meh ... you're gonna have to show me that one.

I think he was stating the congressional process of questioning the electoral college was unconstitutional.
