Its a shame anyone should have to go through anything like that and be treated as less than 1st class over something You have no control over not should it ever have made any difference anyway. They all paid a fare to ride the bus and seats should always be first come first served with no other criteria. What a horrible experience for anyone let alone a 15 year old girl ! That needed fixing badly and there was NEVER any justification to do that to nay person for any reason !
