Biden considering controversial NY Governor Cuomo as AG: report

I keep wondering if back tracing citizens is legal. I'm pretty sure it isn't but I haven't looked into their reasoning. It's not like they can find every person you might have come in contact with if you went somewhere. It's another step toward big brother controlling your life. Thank God I live in a red state.
