Is this really a surprise, or even news worthy, he's been a failure for decades.

Oh I disagree with the statement in the picture. We can blame the idiots that nominated him and voted for him as well because it was obvious to even the brain dead he was going to be a disaster in any leadership position given his track record in the Senate and Vice Presidency. The silver lining is the Democratic Party is now going to experience significant collateral damage from the Biden Presidency and it should for the lunacy of accepting him as a Candidate for the Office and encouraging him to run. I just hope we get through this disaster without a Nuclear exchange with Russia.
