This is where I got the idea of Hillary Clinton Teflon treatment. She knew she had classified information on civilian server because she didn't want to keep any archives. Just think if anybody here on RP having classified back then of confidential, secret or top secret or all three on your private server, you would go to jail and lose all benefits. Hillary Clinton destroyed her computer and didn't obey the subpoena and yet she got the Deep state Teflon treatment.

The law is the law. The implied task is that anyone who handles classified information as a fiduciary duty to not be Reckless and endanger the information. Catastrophic National Security damage can happen and those people, sources are methods can lose their lives.
President Trump survived the sabotage of his administration before, during and after. I don't see any FBI sting operation at the University of Pennsylvania or at the homes of president biden. Since he spends 1/3 of his time there at his home, why couldn't he have built his own scif there?
