Cpl Benjamin Long He will go through the legal process as is his right and he's going to have to have some pretty convincing evidence to change anything. Right now, I've seen no convincing evidence or anything close to it. He's just going to keep us in a holding process to prolong the inevitable.

CSM Chuck Stafford More or less. There will be some lawsuits that won't materially change anything. The margins of victory are too great for any recount to change and the courts are not going to throw out any ballots unless there is really, really convincing evidence that they should (there is not).

...and yet the ballots are still being tallied or litigated... I expected the "loser" to litigate regardless of who it would be -- it will end soon enough, but it is not over

CSM Chuck Stafford - Like I said, more or less. There will be some short lived litigation but I suspect we will end up exactly where we are now.
