That is interesting since the Canadian border is so long SGT (Join to see) I think the proposal makes sense to conduct a "pre-clearance experiment that would allow people to clear customs at train stations, bus stations and off highways the same way they already can at several Canadian airports."
Hopefully the experiment will be successful with security processes and information that will be hack-proof
