Bodies of missing San Diego woman, dog found in shallow grave, brother says

Not sure if anyone saw this but we read about Captain Jacobson back in September. I periodically checked on an update every couple weeks and just came across this today. Sad news and to be murdered along with her dog by her ex husband. May he rot in hell after spending his life in jail.
