Body found near Fort Riley, Kansas, confirmed to be missing soldier

Requiescat in pace.

My duty station was Fort Riley. Before I moved away from the area after Etsing it was getting bad. That was years ago. Things could have gotten better since then but with this happening I highly doubt it.

RIP WO Grothe. May they find what happened to you and swift justice is served
