If this is true you will see people in federal positions actually doing their job to save their job and knocking the next guy (figure of speech) to keep it...... This should be damned interesting!

Another real simple one. The GAO publishes a report on duplicate (sometimes more) programs and failed programs. Good place to start.

The Government is bloated, I hope he can clean some of it out.
