Bourbon rules stipulate that barrels can only be used once for aging. Happy to know that the wooden containers get reused by others for taste innovation and ecological sustainability

Alltech brewing and distillery in Lexington, KY has a very delightful Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale that i can get on tap at Gustavo's Pizza in Dahloega, GA. It is my go to drink there. 8.2% ABV.

Maj Robert Thornton I've had Bourbon Barrel Beer that have been Horrendous but the local Boulevard has done a Pretty Good Job. It is a Bit Sweet, But I Like It.
