The report says they didn't know they were talking to "Russian intelligence officers"......it doesn't say they weren't talking to Russians. And it doesn't say what they were talking about. A far cry from being "cleared" at this point. A campaign that was communicating with an unfriendly government (which was actively trying to disrupt our election), was at the very least "inappropriate" and raises many questions that are still being investigated. More to come on this.....count on it. Putin is not our friend.

I'll be honest, I get along with most people but disrespectful comments about the post I shared are coming out without any substinence. If you took the time to do the work (less than 5 minutes) and entered search parameters properly as the actual subject matter, you would have found it pretty quickly and not have made some comment to offend me by my obviously crappy fake news post.

Stephanie Jones - The news you shared was obviously misleading, no breaking revelations that clear Trump from anything are available in the link you posted. This second link doesn't clear anyone of anything either... it is simply one official saying that he doesn't believe anything incriminating has been found yet. Note that the FBI isn't the only agency involved in these sorts of investigations. We don't know what the outcome will be at this point, if they will find anything or if what they find will ever be known to the public. All we can do is wait and pray that Justice is carried out.

Stephanie Jones - There is only a need to confirm that the article actually justifies the assertion being made. That is especially the case when you are posting news from sites this one. The big boys, BBC, CNN, CBS, etc... may show some bias at times, however they will take care to support the assertions being made with facts.

SSG Michael Hartsfield - A senior intelligence official told ABC News last night that no evidence gathered by the FBI so far suggests Trump associates knew they were talking to Russian intelligence officers. Those contacts being scrutinized by the FBI were first reported by The New York Times on Wednesday.

SSG Michael Hartsfield - Listen-whatever party you choose or your opinion. That's on you. But, I didn't post the article to have someone to argue with. Your opinion and my opinion may differ 'cleared for now' doesn't make it right doesn't make it wrong. Doesn't make it left doesn't make it right. Cleared doesn't necessarily mean definitively cleared. I think we can agree to disagree when we want. However, I do not intend on dragging this out any farther.

Stephanie Jones - Dude, even the quote you posted doesn't say that Trump was cleared. Ask anyone charged with a crime what the difference of "cleared" and "so far" is. Trust, there is an unmistakable difference in those two terms. Methinks you jumped the gun kind of a lot
