Not sure what that idiot is thinking.... but this is getting interesting. Remember Japan was in control of Korea, to include nKorea from 1910 to 1945.

Any Direction would have been towards another country. He had a Choice between South Korea, China, Russia or Japan.

I believe, the watered down sanctions had no effect whatsoever. Should have went with the good stuff.
