The decision makes sense to me with one caveat. Who decides what questions on a citizenship application would not have influenced an immigration officials original decision? I can understand it for something simple like date of birth or eye color. However, what about a person lying about being a member of a drug gang like MS-13 or having fought for ISIS? I can see a bureaucrat deciding that all revocations will need to go to trial because of this decision.

So they put the decision in the hands of a Jury. I guess I don't have a problem with that, other than suddenly it's a big production, rather than a single agent making the choice.

Yeah she's a citizen. That just protects her from having her citizenship revoked, she can lilely be prosecuted for her lying.
