I have been a KISS fans for years and they have been doing this for several years. I don't know if they still do it, but they used to donate a dollar from every ticket sale to Wounded Warriors. During this part of the show with the veterans they would have one of those giants checks with $17,000, $24,000, $12,500 or whatever amount (basically a dollar for every seat sold for that night) from that nights sale and present it to a representative. My son is in the Marines in New Orleans and he saw them last night at the Gretna Music Fest for the first time. He can now check that off his list of things to do in life. Get your tickets now while the band is still young. LOL.
