British Intelligence: Yes, Russian Spy Was Poisoned by Kremlin

I am not personally sure of what point the Russians were making by doing this on British soil.... if the Kremlin/Putin actually approved it or if Russia had anything to do with it at all.
The whole thing seems so much like a set up and a frame that I am incredibly hard pressed to believe that there weren't nefarious actors... whoever they may be.. trying to get the shit flying between Russia and NATO. I am entirely convinced that Moscow had definitely ordered a hit on these folks but some how to do it this way? Too fantastic.
