This needs to be the law in all 50 states. I outsource a lot of tasks in my business, pretty much anything that I dont want to do. Outsourcing your own safety is a bad plan and that is what all of the anti-gun idiots want you to do. Laws like this allow citizens to protect themselves.

True, but said Nimrods manange to get their hands on guns/ammo even in areas where they're flat-out banned. Might as well get good guy Joe the opportunity to shoot back. Plus, in basic firearm handling classes I've been to, combat mindset is always gone over in one way shape or form.
