This looks really good. Maybe try feta for a Greek spin on it. Butterkase for German. It's all variations of Alfredo.

We stopped at small family place in Herculaneum. Basic pasta meal with marinara, fresh bread, evo, house red. Not bad at all and not much lyra. We'd hopped off train from Pompei back to Sorrento. Saw the gladiator boot camp structures and moved on. Achille Lauro was moored near us at Naples.
