Before someone complains about the source of this story, I checked it out and the new law is correctly represented by the report. The headline is wrong. The state hasn't legalized prostitution, but yes, California has decriminalized pimping by minors under the age of 18. Amazing isn't it. Now, imagine you're a pimp and don't want to risk being thrown in the slammer for soliciting for your prostitutes. Just get yourself a minor and pay them to do the job for you.

Thank you for sharing! It appears that the state to f California needs to be hit with the book and straightened out! Minors should not be allowed in any form of prostitution or anything related to any form of exhibitionism or sexual in nature that does not have anything to do with a formal education on understanding their own sexuality. I used to advocate more then than now for missing, murdered, and abused kids and I find this to be an atrocity on their rights as human beings. We have been stepping up as a country to break this down yet we have some self-indulged people that should not be in their elected positions if they have promoted this or even voted in favor. I would like to know the names of the legislators that did this. Children and anti-child abuse organizations need to launch an oppositional campaign on this and get it circulated out to the citizens of the great United States to fight against this horror on our kids!
