In the commission of his SIXTH DUI, running from a Hit snd Run Accident, he struck her truck broadside at 90 mph, killing her instantly. So now, instead of hI'm being Deported as an Undesirable Alien, CA will protect him and he'll become a further burden on the People of the State. California is the Model for Socialism in America.
