California mandated masks. Florida opened its restaurants. Did any of it matter?

Vox is one of the Left's leading cheerleaders. The slant is evident in the writing. Otherwise there are some interesting stats thrown about in this story along with a good timeline on the spread of the Virus. For the informational aspect of the story, I found it to be a good read.
