So here I am....Battle Assembly weekend, sitting at my desk, listening to a group of our Officers talk about how they played their video game last night, 1 CPT, 5 LT's, I thought they were supposed to be writing the OPORD for the upcoming AT? Idk maybe they're trying to incorporate their Video game experience into their planning? What am I doing on RP you ask? Well I have entered into my "transition" period I'll be separating from the Army on Aug 18th after 27 yrs of service, so basically my "plate" has been cleared so I can complete the process. I thought the video game craze effected our youth, but apparently I was wrong, it has also taken hold of our adult population as well. God help us, this is very disturbing to me.

Well taken hold might be used loosely. I grew up with them. Sort of integral to my growth and formation. Just like with anything, moderation is key. But really what else is there to do at a BA weekend. Ha

SGT (Join to see) - I grew up with the Atari system and the game pong. They could finish the OPORD for one, then maybe check on their Soldiers?
