The call for Retirees - NCOS who where recruiters or instructors and Officers who would want a ROTC PMS 2 year assignment. Interesting item for those officers who might be interested in getting the additional education that could come from doing 2 more years.

Its a catchy headline, but reality is "all" is really ONLY retired staff sergeants and sergeants first class

They also have to pass a PT test and meet height-weight standards.
Not even sure I could pass a 2 mile walk, let alone meet standards for a run. Oh well

Sounds like they are selling the sleeves from their vests. Knowledge and professional experience is more critical to these positions, unless they are subject to deployment in a combat zone.

I would be interested in going back to assist with ROTC, but I was medically retired. Unsure if I am even able to still wear a uniform and do what is needed there.
