We are off on an Iowa Roadtrip to get away from the real world for a while- seeing the state and the unique things around. Algona, Iowa was the base camp for several German POW camps based in Iowa, Minnesota, South and North Dakota. Worth a visit if you are ever here or visit for the bike rally.

Have a safe trip sir, the little town that I'm originally from, had a POW camp in it during WWII, none of the buildings are left though.
