CPT Jack Durish This story keeps growing and she keeps denying. First, she was and is responsible for the content on her "private server." Second, she is responsible for failing to follow DoS rules for private servers or email use which state you MUST cc your "official" email account. Third, she is a lawyer, well educated, and an elected as well as appointed official, she knew she had classified information on her server and continues to lie and deny simply because the current administration is too weak or too corrupt to do the right thing and allow the DoJ to seek an indictment against her.

There should be a bigger public outcry, but the liberal media either down plays or fails to report information and her followers are so loyal she could commit almost any crime and somehow it would be the Republicans fault or as a direct result of President George W. Bush. We need honor and transparency in the legal process. If a man who served his country as long and faithfully as General Petraeus is indicted, charged, and convicted doing the same to Mrs. Clinton should be a walk in the park.

I'm actually optimistic that she will be prosecuted. The current head of the FBI, Jon Comey, appears to be honest. When he worked at the Justice Dept. during the Bush Admin, he threatened to resign over warrantless surveillance of Americans' internet records.

Even without looking at the article, the simple fact remains that had that been done by a service member, or any other civilian with access to the material, the person(s) involved would be in prison. I don't see how you get a pass for being ignorant, self-important, and an overall proven worthless and careless leader.
