SPC Margaret Higgins It's a Drug just like Alcohol and Nicotine. I'm all for some control but not Prohibition. Sell it Like Alcohol and Cigarettes and Tax the Hell Out of It. If the Federal Government finally pulls it's head out of it's backside, I'll Light Me Up a Big Old Doobie.
