My neighborhood in Philly, Mt Airy, erupted into a spontaneous street party. It was wonderful.

When I first moved to PA, a native described the state as "Pennsyltucky": Philadelphia and Pittsburgh surrounded by Alabama, so-to-speak. The electoral map largely supports that.
