Includes a nice red circle and pause showing the hit before he drove into the crowd. Please keep in mind my two problems with this video, namely the lack of brake lights (which I'm sure is because his foot wasn't anywhere near the brake) and the problem judging his relative speed before and after the hit. As someone else pointed out, he may have already been speeding up before the person hit his vehicle.

SSgt Ryan Sylvester - Thanks. I'm sure it will all come out in his trial. My speculation is someone took a swing at him while he was passing by, but it's hard to say based on this video alone. Maybe there were surveillance cameras. I'm sure they'll investigate thoroughly, whether state or federal.

CWO3 (Join to see) - I am sure they will. I still don't think there's any reasonable doubt, even with the video, but I hope they find enough to ensure that. We know what it was. And he should fry for it.

SSgt Ryan Sylvester - They'll play the fear card and already have. Early reports after arrest said he was scared and confused. That will happen after you intentionally run over 20 people, kill one and injure 19. I expect the mental card also i.e. poor little Jimmy never knew his Dad and washed out of boot camp for medical. I've read he was born and schooled in KY. His Mom still lives there and I've read she's a paraplegic. She was on Facebook (Samantha Bloom), but it's likely been suspended by now. They may be already planting tidbits in the media to steer public opinion. If the story below is true it makes sense that he would do this cowardly deed. Probably the kid that buried puppies before running their heads over with lawn mower. All leading to a short stay in psych ward vice hard time in the joint. It looks fairly pre-meditated to me and especially the pics of him in their uniform protesting earlier but that's what lawyers get paid for. He's entitled to a fair trial and should get one, otherwise we are no better.

CWO3 (Join to see) - Any U.S. Citizen has a RIGHT to Peacefully assemble. That means any group, any faith, any color as long as they are U.S. Citizens.
And Sir, it was a couple of those so-called Hate groups that applied and legally received a permit to be there. Why is BLM still allowed to wealk the streets? Haven't they assassinated police officers, rioted, looted, burned down buildings, over turn cars, cause untold violence as in Ferguson and Baltimore and yet MSM supports their movement? The Alt Right consisted of several of those groups and there were still hundred os decent folks who showed up just to protest the decision to take down the monument. Try researching Jason Kessler, the results may surprise you.

They had a legal permit. and if they were there to just PROTEST the event, then why did they show up wearing masks, helmets, goggles and carrying sticks, bats, clubs, mace and firearms plus they were the ones who threw bottles and balloons filled with urine and feces. These same groups that you say showed up in Boston to protest the FREE SPEECH RALLY and I researched the group that applied for the permit and saw no supremacist and they also said no firearms and nothing that could be used as weapon and yet even after that group left, the BLM and ANTIFA fought with police and screamed Insults at a Veteran and the police arrested 27 of them It was also reported that what the Governor and the mayor reported about weapon caches all over the city was made up B.S. And 3 of the 4 protestors arrested in Durham for tearing down that statue were members of the Communist Party.

Nowhere in the Bill of Rights, does it say that only people YOU agree with can peacefully assemble, it says "the Right of the PEOPLE" which is plural and with no identity labels.

I can list a whole lot of other issues that should have been challenged far more so than the KKK or any group peacefully assembling. Peace is and will be there until they are challenged by people who do not agree and for the most part do not have a permit.

I am retired military with 38 years of service and believe me I have not agreed with so much that has been going on in my country, but I have to keep reminding myself, do I or do I not stand to defend and to protect the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights which is attached to it. My answer is always "Yes! I do."

I do not like people stomping on my flag or pissing on it and yet Congress in their cold dead hearts have made a law protecting those actions as FREE SPEECH. I do NOT agree, but once again the U.S. Constitution comes into play.

Now I have to ask, Why did over 20,000 people show up in Boston to quell a FREE SPEECH rally? I mean, WTH?

I find it very troubling that Politicians are voicing support for ANTIFA, bit really doesn't surprise me as they also show support for ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Issues I have a problem with and riled my nerve fibers, big time, but seemed to stir no attention with MSM is the following;
Why do we allow 22 Islamic Training Camps in the U.S.?
Why did Obama have Muslim Brotherhood people in his administration?
Why was Obama's Top advisor and Hillary's Top Advisor both Iranians?
Why was the GITMO detainees released?
Why was there a deal made and terrorist traded for Bergdahl?
Why did we support our enemies and tie the hands of our Military and allies?
Why do we allow any Politician to infringe on our 2nd Amendment Rights to KEEP and BEAR Arms, when no where in the U.S. Constitution does it give any such authority to the Centralized Government to be involved in Domestic Issues or to challenge our RIGHTS?

I do NOT support Neo-Nazism, KKK, ISIS, White Supremacist, Black Supremacist, Black Power, Black Panthers, Antifa, or any other group that infringes upon other people's rights or liberties, but if they are not breaking the law, then if they are U.S. Citizens, then can grow breasts, color their hair and tatoo their faces for all I care.

U.S. Bill of RIGHTS and keep in mind all of our RIGHTS are GOD Given and not Government issued.

P.S. even designating any of the groups as a TERRORIST Group does not eliminate a U.S. citizen to peacefully assemble and keep in mind we still have 22 Islamic Training camps in the U.S. and that doesn't seem to bother anyone.

GySgt Craig Averill - Officials have the right to refuse permits also, and a permit in open carry state is not wise. No hate group had a permit FYI. Unite the Right and a UVA Assoc. Professor acting as a private citizen were the only ones. Unite the Right's final authority was a US Judge. Here's the skinny on it.

First off, I do not nor will I ever recognize politifact, Snopes. factcheck or any other such websites as any type of an authority on any topic. If you want to challenge what I have posted use legitimate and credible sites.

If you research Jason Kessler he was anything but RIGHT. He voted for Obama in 2008 and attended an Occupy Wall Street rally in Charlottesville. The permit was not for 2 people and who it attracted is not illegal either. City Officials knew full well who the Unite the Right was attracting to the Protest for months and when they also realized radical counter protestors were coming they wanted to relocate the permit to another park. The Judge that you referred to endorsed the permit and protest to STAY at Emancipation Park in the shadows of the Lee Monument.

The Governor and the Mayor have both lied about the Rally and the POTUS has NOTHING to do with cities or their issues as that is the Mayor and the Governor. The POTUS is for foreign issues only and only has authority to deal with U.S. cities on a Collective basis and not a singular one. The Charolottesville PD have even come out and flat out said the Mayor and the Governor LIED and it was a possible set up as they were told to stand down. As far as the torch march the night before, I do not believe they had a permit for that and that was far from Peaceful.

I have a question, did the kid who took his car and killed the lady, did he leave the protest, walk back to his car and then drive down the street to ram people or did he never attend the protest? I have not seen any reports to fully detail exactly where he came from, he has just been automatically connected to the Protest and yet it was reported he was a Hillary Supporter.


Every state is an OPEN CARRY STATE as per the U.S. Bill of Rights and most State Declaration of Rights, NO GOVERNMENT has any such authority to infringe on that RIGHT as all of our RIGHTS are God Given and not Government issued and if you read the Constitution under Article 6 Clause 2 "...This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof;" read carefully the "made in Pursuance thereof" as if it is not, then the people do NOT have to comply they can NULLIFY any Law made outside the parameters of the Constitution and that is a FACT.

And No level of government has any authority to deny anyone a permit to peacefully assemble as that to is a RIGHT and not controlled by Government. They may request a permit to ensure they are U.S. Citizens as the Constitution and Bill of Rights pertain to U.S. Citizens only or to be certain they do not have multi protests on the same date etc, but they do NOT have any such authority to deny anyone from Peacefully Assembling, I do not know where you get that from, you have a RIGHT and I am sorry, but the Government does not control my RIGHTS, God does..

FREE SPEECH and the RIGHT to PEACEFULLY ASSEMBLE is not based on whether you like the people or what they have to say or not and if you support the censorship of free speech then YOU are ion breach of your oath.

Government was created BY THE PEOPLE first and foremost to SECURE OUR RIGHTS, not infringe them, not to challenge them nor to debate them. PERIOD and that you c an take to the bank.

I said earlier I do not support any of these radical groups and that includes the Black Radical groups as well, hate and ban one, hate and ban them all.

The permit was applied for back in MAY and because BLM, and so many other radical groups from every side as there was NOT just two sides within this Protest, announced they were going to be there, so the city did indeed have authority to relocate the protest, they could not DENY the protest, but I feel they were in their proper authority to relocate it and it was Jasson Kessler who chose NOT to honor the city's request. Once again Jason is not a RIGHT WINGER by any stretch and the name Unite the Right may have been selected to lay the blame on the true RIGHT.
