Capt Seid Waddell Years ago a LAPD officer told me, yes, the LAPD did accept complaints against their officers. His bitch was that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department would tell wannabee complainers to 'depart' and to be careful that the exit door didn't hit them in the ass!
