I’m not Air Force and I’ve heard nothing but praise for this man, up and down the NCO ranks. The Enlisted Jesus. For some of the changes he wants to do, if he pulls it off, he very well might be him.

CMSAF Wright is just what the AF needs. We are lucky to have him and I hope the senior leadership follows his advice.

Senior I don’t know WHY or HOW the AF got so lucky. This dude actually makes sense when he speaks, doesn’t care for being popular, and is respected for actions before rank. No service has too many of them. Hell hes done only one uniform change. The Army’s on number [login to see] 52?

SSG Warren Swan It looks like he is pushing for the RCP TIS that the Army used during the worst part of the GWOT. The USAF must be having a difficult time keeping in experienced NCOs.

SGM, I’ve heard they have serious issues in their maintenance fields. Low retention, high OPTEMPO, and extremely low morale. Seems like something is giving, and he has to resort to something that the Army messed up doing. They should’ve left that change in place, not leave Joes hanging like that. But hey, we’ve raised morale in the Army by changing uniforms, tattoos, and black socks. Nothing that really matters. Maybe the Army needs to listen to Enlisted Jesus. I bet they’ll get this right. Maybe a POG SMA?? Combat Arms seems to all think the same way.
