Child hospitalizations from Covid-19 surge 23% in Florida as schools statewide must reopen

I find it very odd that a week out from school openings suddenly this and other stats show up...we haven't seen any of this all summer or during the pandemic with kids playing all over the place with each other and swimming and camping and riding bikes and going to camps etc and now that they have to go back to school and it doesn't fit the narrative we start looking at these numbers. Not saying they are wrong at all just find it coincidental that it is happening when it is convenient.
