The second and third cartoons refer to Trudeau trying to put some form of democracy in the contract with the Chinese over a trade deal. The Chinese don't say no but then they don't say yes and they don't get the trade deal. The third cartoon shows Trudeau being kicked out the window but the Chinese president for refusing the trade deal that probably would have gone through had it not been for Trudeau insisting for some kind of democratic reform within communist China as part of the deal.
