But it is amazing that many people did not see this coming and there were many "panda huggers" who think they know best while they see no problems.

I have been saying for years that China was not our friend, and not to be trusted, and been labeled racist because of that. Nothing could be farther from the truth, I love the people, they are wonderful, it's their government that can not be trusted. They are building a massive military while their people starve, What they lack the expertise or ability to develop, they steal from others. Their imperialistic/expansionist policies have led them to claim territory hundreds of miles from their shore, but tens of miles from other countries, and then militarize that territory, claiming the whole of the South China Sea, while totally ignoring the more legitimate claims of other countries bordering it. The one thing we have going for us right now is that economically speaking they need us more than we need them. The world is focused on the Middle East, but Asia is as, if not more dangerous.
