Apparently this Canadian city forgot to include into its figures is that when its cold you will need heat which derives its power from the batteries thus reducing the range. At least my city has taken into account heat, AC and hilly routes into consideration and this is only for the small para-transit busses. The big busses will remain on natural gas as it's not feasible to go electric on the big busses given the hilly routes, requirements for heat in the winter, requirements for AC in the summer and down time to recharge. You canadians need to smarten up.
