CNO Richardson calls for fleet-wide review in light of McCain disaster.

AT least the CNO is aboard with looking at the cause and fixes for something that seems to be, but may not be just there in Japan. All Fleet areas of the world need to look at training and thinking and then examine what needs to be evaluated or changed if needed, not just this area.

Those 3 videos are certainly food for thought. They answer some questions but generate much more.

Kinda saw that one coming. Need to find out what the issue is, systemic or whatever.

We do need to take a look at our Bridge Practices in light of so many deaths
