Well, COL Lee Flemming, my alma mater may get a close look not only at Dede Westbrook (#1) but Baker Mayfield (#9) as well, both of Oklahoma. All the current bowl projections I've seen pit Auburn against Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl on January 2. Anything can happen, of course, but that's they way it looks now. If that's they way it matches up, there's no question but that Auburn will have their hands full on the 2nd!

Well, it's official, COL Lee Flemming, and Auburn will square off against Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl on January 2nd, so we will get a firsthand look at Dede Westbrook and Baker Mayfield! BTW, Westbrook is a Heisman hopefully, although current polls put him at a distant third.
Ironically, Auburn has faced Oklahoma only once previous and that was in the Sugar Bowl in 1972! We lost that year, so hopefully, the Auburn Tigers will make good and even the score! WAR EAGLE!
